World Kobukan Federation Delegates are responsible for their State. The listing here will continue to be updated as more delegates are added. If you would like to be considered for a United States Delegation, please submit an application with qualifications and short cover letter stating your intention to be considered as a State Delegate.

Delegates must reside in the State they wish to represent, and be at least a Shodan for consideration.
